Elizabeth Klanga, the Creative Director of Ultimate Service, stands as an inspiring and transformative entrepreneur and L&D Trainer. In her role, she crafts and delivers innovative training packages and content, aimed at inspiring employees and managers in the pursuit of service excellence. At the helm of her unique course, ‘Make The Shift, Master The Art of Customer Service,’ Elizabeth takes on the responsibility of motivating and transforming employee performance, attitudes, and conduct.

Her CPD Accredited Training has made a mark, having been successfully delivered to employees at The Royal Academy of Arts, Corps Security Officers at The Royal Opera House, Somerset House, BNP Paribas, Bird & Bird and Debeers Group, a testament to her commitment to excellence. This accomplishment is proudly in partnership with Corps Security, reflecting the collaborative spirit that defines Elizabeth’s approach.

Elizabeth’s teaching philosophy is rooted in her extensive and varied experience in the creative arts field. Armed with a First-Class Honours degree in Fine Arts, she brings her creative prowess to the forefront, meticulously designing courses intended to leave a lasting impact and resonate with the human spirit.
